Don't pay for life threatening blood pressure medicine

I reported Discovery after various efforts to get them to pay for my blood pressure medicine. They still insist that they will not pay it in full, even with the fact that I cannot use any other b/p medicine as a result of allergic actions for their generic meds. They ignore this fact. They rep**** that I must go to a MedXpress pharmacy to get (maybe generic again?) I asked where I can find a Mexpress in Jeffreys Bay, but no one can answer that question for me. It is clear that Discovery just want money, profits and don't give a damn for the members who pay huge amounts on members fees every month. Where can I take this matter to? They don't bother to assist. Not even hellopeter.com get them to react properly. This shows their arrogance against their members.
