Don't likely pay medical expenses

I was phoned by someone from Discovery after my complaint that they don't want to pay for my blood tests at Ampath. She said: "Discovery would pay it if the results were positive for cancer, but since it is negative, Discovery does not pay for the tests." With other word: You must be terminal before we will pay for your medical expenses". How can that be? Why do I have medical aid? And when I said to her that I am not satisfied with the answer, that I will post it again on Hellopeter.com, she said it is okay, she will be the one who must deal with my complain, and that the answer will be the same. They cannot explain why they want their members to die. They don't want to pay medical bills while I am not terminal ill/ What the hell? Why do we pay huge amounts for medical aid? That is why most people can't afford medical aid, because you have to pay your own medical bills AFTER you paid your premiums. That is why do they declare huge profits; they only collect and do not pay anything out. What is the purpose of medical schemes then? This lady was arrogant about the hellopeter.com complaint, as if hello Peter is also not relevant. I am not happy to pay [premiums and still have to pay my own medical expenses.
