dont join this medical aid

Discovery is probably the biggest and strongest medical aid in the country but it says nothing about them. They are useless. I app**** for extra dental care from them as their basic amount provided wasnt enough this wasnt for cosmetic reasons but to BETTER the quality of my life (chewing) i got all the letters and forms just to be rejected. Now i had to apply for chronic medication i also need to BETTER my life and i was informed sorry rejected. Discovery should stop focusing on S##t and start looking after their members i will look out for a better medical aid because all Discovery does is reject requests. When you need them they not there. I will continue to have issues eating and i will continue with buying my own medication and paying a medical aid. My quality of life is not important. But know this Discovery i am going to tell as many people i can how you take money every month but pay for nothing in return. Not all of us want gym ect we just want medical support because you are a ? Medical aid?
