DON'T EVER TAKE MEDICAL AID WITH DISCOVERY!!!!!!

Discovery is the WORST medical aid in existence. Our specialist authorisation was declined stating they do not cover this on our plan, yet we need to see an ENT for our daughter and have a R5 750.00 specialist benefit on our medical aid. We pay thousands every month and yet we still need to pay thousands out of pocket because it is not covered by the medical aid. Will definitely be shopping around for a new medical aid.

I top of all of this, I am either addressed incorrectly on the emails or they are sending emails to a 4 year old dependent on the medical aid.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM DISCOVERY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY!!!!
