Don't ever change your banking details as this means nothing to Discovery accounts department

IN the month of August I changed banks - new bank advise all institutions but Discovery did not respond so lovely today my Membership get suspended till I pay, after I inquired on Monday why my bank account have not been debited yet. WREFNO# ********** 59# Mailref# ********** 667#

I guess for a large company like Discovery 1 members opinion and monthly contribution means nothing.
