Don’t ever call me again, provincial inspectors will resolve this for me

Again HR is living to its horrible service, in order to have this resolved I need to complain, after requesting my document 120 hours later I get the documents and protected with a password that my date of birth and I’d number won’t except, from Friday till today no success, I get a call from Bharti Vallabh who feels because they are payroll administrator can talk over me without giving me a chance to finish what I’m trying to communicate, I don’t believe a former employee is been treated in this manner, I was sent a document with instructions to insert my date of birth, i don’t want any more assistance with discovery, I will just ask the department of labour to resolve this for me, please I don’t want anymore rude calls from discovery staff who don’t know how to talk or let a person finish what they are trying to communicate but instead bully your words over mine. I will never accept such treatment from anyone calling me to resolve a simple task that they ignored and felt was not important to them and I need to suffer.
