Don't even bother to reply to claim for dentist

What is going on at Discovery???? I submitted a claim for a dentist 4 weeks ago and I still haven't got a reply. I followed up 3 days ago and still nothing. Just acknowledgements of receipt of emails. Can someone pls contact me or reply to my claims! My reference number for the first email was *** and for the 2nd email ***. This is the 2nd time in a few months. The first time was a Covid test claim I did at Ampath. I gave them all the relevant documents and they just kept giving me the code of no practice number which it was there in the invoice. I sent it to them 3 times and the same thing came back each time so I eventually gave up as I don't have the money to phone them for an hour at a time which is usually what it normally takes to get this sorted out. They really are becoming a useless company that doesn't give a **** about their clients!
