The first consultant I spoke to put the telephone down on me (charming) and the second consultant proceeded to argue with me about the main members cell phone number which has been the same since the inception of cellphones. I needed information urgently and was denied this due to two stupid and one very rude consultant who went out of the way to annoy me and talk utter codswallop. I hate this company. There service is non existent! Soon to be speaking to broker about moving entire company away from Discovery and onto a company that employees efficient staff.
