dont dare go to Discovery Health | i regret now

received a call from Trevor till today i have never received the email promised to send with the breakdown as to how they got to the figure that is been said i owe.

i asked how can i owe for using MSA of R4700 while they take R2700 every month, he said they need to recover the cash used, and i was like but Jan and Feb has already covered the money i used to go to the dentist, worst the R4700 depleted just after two visit at dentist.

and yet i paid myself at dentist and when claiming back i am also not fully refunded yet they tell me i owe them,

today i called discovery to find out this issue BOOOOOM no assistance

I think the next step they going to make my name dirty by sending their debt collectors if not hand me over to their lawyers LOL -Interesting times to be alive in SA where Discovery does what it does.
