DON'T COUNT ON DISCOVERY TO REIMBURSE, SYSTEMS A MESS

I send in multiple claims to Discovery and they lost it. I then resend the claims and all of the claims were rejected. Can they not read at Discovery. Any excuse to turn down claim. They rejected a claim and attached another customer invoice.

My MSA differs every time I log into the website what a mess.
