DON'T CONSIDER THIS MEDICAL AID

I really really really dislike dealing with this medical aid. It is honestly the worst. It is almost impossible to communicate. I have been paying my medical aid, but then suddenly double the amount is deducted from my account, and I receive an email stating that my medical aid has been suspended? This has happened to me multiple times as I have had to rejoin twice and wait another 12 months for my things to be covered. I might end up in the hospital because how this medical aid aggravates me, but I can't because there is no one to cover it.
