Don't call me unless I request a call back

There is little I find as annoying as when I investigate a product, in this case gap cover, and then get an online quote because I explicitly selected the online quote option instead of speaking with a consultant, only then to be inundated with phone calls from Discovery to try and sell the product to me. I got a message on Whatsapp which specifically states if I send STOP, my number would be removed from the Gap cover dialling list. I did this, twice, and yet Discovery still tried to call me three more times after I said STOP.

If I wanted Discovery to call me, I would have selected one of the multitudes of options to arrange for a phone call and the fact that I immediately decline the call should also send a message.

I have several Discovery products, but this behaviour if it continues will force me to look for alternatives, so please STOP spamming me!
