Dont bother to try and talk to this company with a query

Pathetic service! Been trying to get my medical aid number and period which I was a member with no success because I don't have the same email address as on their system. The call centre can not make a decision for themselves cause the email doesn't match what they have in front of them, my ID would be a better option, but I was told that is not one of the question. How on the face of this earth am I supposed to get my info? Been emailing every single day with no luck
