Don't bother. Discovery not interested in new business.

After my interaction with Discovery Health, it is clear that they do not want or need any more business. I was seeking more information regarding their Medical Aid Packages, and after visiting their website on 2021/04/01, I was redirected to a form, requiring my contact details. Shortly after, I received a notification, informing me that an agent would be in contact with me. I did receive a call from a lady called Prashana. However, I was not able to clearly hear her. I asked her to contact me back, but did not receive a call back. I later received a text message from "***" at 09:43, stating "Good day, please e-mail me on *** if interested in medical aid cover." I rep****, stating that I do not use my work e-mail address for personal matters, and asked for her to call me back. I never received a call back. At 08:06 on 2021/04/02, I received a another text message stating the following: We have closed your case. Still interested in medical aid with Discovery, click here http://linku.cc/2/6Psof/5FtO or call us on ***".
