you guys claim to care about good health yet you dont care for us when we get hurt getting that good health. I had a tendon rupture and you dont pay for ultra sound scan, R1000 from my pocket, you dont pay for crutches, you dont pay for physio and you did not even pay for pain killers. Sad!

Thank you for your comment.
As per your chosen plan type, we do cover crutches on our approved network mobility list, subject to your annual limit for mobility devices. The member must go to a provider in the Mobility Network or the device will not be covered. On your chosen plan type we cover a list of basic radiology codes and you can be referred by your chosen GP. Should the radiology code not be on this list the member will be liable for the x-ray/scan. Should medication be prescribed by your chosen GP or specialist it must be subject to the a medicine formulary that applies to your chosen plan type.
I am sorry that I could not offer you a different outcome to your query however it is in line with the Scheme rules.
Kind regards
Jashvir
