Clueless on what a medical aid should actually be. Total waste of money having a medical aid with this lot. I am on the second highest plan, yet you have to jump through a thousand hoops for them to pay anything, and the best of all it is to use MY savings. Yes, not even using "their" money but just to get stuff paid from MY savings. Don't be fooled, look elsewhere, you can get more benefits for cheaper, Discovery ride on their old reputation.
