Don’t ask medical questions to your medical aid

I called to enquire about service providers for 24- hour blood pressure monitor test! Not only was I redirected to three departments with no luck, none of the assistants has ever heard of the term or knew what I was talking about! Shocking! Enough to send my blood pressure even higher…..
