Discovery healthcare is the worst when paying back invoices! My wife have birth on the 09 March 2022 her gynea said she needs to come for a follow up in six weeks to check if her wound healed and do a papsmeer to check for cancer cells. on her sixth week she had her period and the gynea said we need to return when her period stops. we went paid in cash and submitted the invoice to discovery. These "*****s" cant pick a phone to explain to you why they not paying our to my surprise unknowingly telling me i had to call for a specialist reference number. 9 months of going to the gynea and thinking that that would be a visit as the other. No indication "hello your pre and post maternity benefits are down the drain" the ****** gynea said we need to return and trust me it wasn't a social visit! Sick of this company, Definitely changing medical aid year end!
