Don't understand this account
I went to see my chosen doctor for a HIV test and before I went I phoned discovery twice to ask if I can go to my doctor for the test and I asked will it be covered and they explained to me that it will be covered by discovery.I told the doctor that I'm on key care and they said that is fine.the blood test form was discovery one.I got a email now saying they only paid R115 and not the other R250.why is this?the doctor is in your network and so is the hiv test.
