Don't respond to emails
I refer to emails dated 05/02/15, 10/02/2015 and 20/02/2015. Neither of which have been responded to by Discovery Health on the mail address healthinfo @ [URL Removed] which is he address used all over their website. I understand that the company might take some time to respond, but 15 days... I pay for a service I don't receive. I wonder how quickly Discovery will respond when I cancel with them... not likely. I won't be happy with an apology because frankly, your service is pathetic!

I found we responded to your emails on 06/05/2015, 12/02/2015 and 24/02/2015. I checked that the email address we responded to was correct and the delivery of the email was successful from our end.
