Don't care for my baby's health

<p>Thanks to your "admin procedures", *********** staff and lack of urgency you have now placed my 4 month old son's treatment in jeopardy. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying since the 17th to get you to pay the PMB for my son's bar and brace for his clubfoot.</p> <p> </p> <p>He went for his operation and on the 6th the casts must come off. Yet your *********** staff and admin procedures have resulted in payment not being made and therefore no BNB will be available on the 6th. Now we have to run the risk of relapse and having to go through cast treatment again and possibly another operation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Discovery for putting my 4 month old baby through all the trauma again. Such a "caring" company. </p>
