Doesnt pay doctor "because he is NOT on the network" While the balance of my savings account is over R13000!

<p>One would think that your MSA is your discretion, as long as it is bona fide medical expenses. I received a bill from a general practitioner, while my savings has a cyrry over of R13000 from 2016. This practitioner's services we used for over 15 years and Discovery paid them with no problems. Now the rules changed and the refuse claims from Medicross day clinics. </p>
