Doesn’t care about their clients!!!!!

I had a small bowel surgery done and before that I was going to GPs because of the pains I was feeling (they couldn’t pick up the problem). Everything is charged in my MSA, obviously with medication and whatever they got finished. Now I need to go for check up and to check if my scar is healing and remove stitches, they telling me I will need to pay cash as it’s treated as a consultation, tell me how??? Meaning if I don’t have money I will remain with stitches until I can afford my surgeon??? I won’t know if my scar is healing or whatever??? Yet I pay every single month and they can’t assist us when we are in need!!! I hate this medical aid… spoke to them and all they can say is “unfortunately it’s what your plan says” I must die and leave my kid’s motherless because they have no sympathy at all!!!!
