Does telephonic recordings exist?

My query has been going for months with continuous promises from Discovery Health that they would respond. I have gone from pillar to post with absolutely no positive result. <br> <br> In December last year my ENT advised that I would need to use a sleep apparatus to assist my breathing while asleep. By this time my medical saving account had be exhausted. I then phoned Discovery Health to query what I would need to do in this case. Their representative went away committing to investigate the matter and how I could purchase the machine through the fund. The understanding was always that our calls were recorded. She eventually came back telling me that I could go ahead to get the machine as it was covered through the medical equipment fund which was available to me with a benefit of R40000. To my surprise Discovery then held me liable for the cost as according to them the fund never existed and that they were not supposed to have paid in the first place which was not what I was made to understand. <br> I request them to pull the \recording"from the telephonic conversation.
