Does not bother honor agreed payment of Dr when i called in to get permission

i called before going to dr steenkamp on the 15th of June and was told that my appointment will be covered for myself and my daughter yet you guys still have not paid this account nothing was mentioned only if you are positive for covid so stop trying to get out of paying dr steenkamp and friggen pay it as per the call which i made to make sure that this bill will be paid.
