Does is help to complain? NO

Since December I am trying to receive a refund from Discovery which was incorrectly paid by them to the doctor. (The doctor conveniently keeps the funds and don't report an over payment) <br> <br> On the 18/01 I made a complaint on Hello peter as emailing and calling Discovery proofed to be a waste of time. <br> They responded on the complaint and said it was sorted...which is not true...I am still waiting for the money!<br> <br> There prev complaint number was ***.<br> <br> I did email a claims form...I emailed again requesting feedback...with no single reply. PATHETIC for a supposedly professional company. <br> <br> <br> <br>
