does disvovery really care about their members

<p>I have informed discovery of a follow appointment at the neuro surgeon . And yet they decline an auth for this appointment. A much needed appoinment as they wasted preciouse time declining auth for a pet ct scan . It took discovery 3months just tell us they are not going to pay for this scan i managed to get the money and did the scan now that i need to go back to the neuro surgeon for the results they requesting yet another refferel note from a Gp waisting our medical money. My brother has now got a tumour of 5,2cm and yet i am still struggling with disvovery for a simple auth after they took 3 months. Do discovery really care about their members . </p>
