Does discovery vitality active rewards benefit you or them?

I have been with discovery health for some time now and there current vitality active reward system is *******. The fact that you exercise diligently week in and week out and still only really get rewarded once or twice a month is disappointing and shocking. I have reached all my goals since starting with Discovery Vitality a few years ago , I keep my end of the deal but I now find myself being rewarded maybe once or twice a month based on their current rubric reward system which relies on "luck" and when I read the newspapers regarding discovery , they have apparently saved millions on members who have not claimed their rewards. So my question is , is this system here to reward you , the diligent gym going person or reward discovery , I was use to at least rewarding myself once a week but now its a gamble as to whether I will be rewarded this week for my efforts. Discovery doesn't seem to reward me , only with anger when a score a 25 on the rubric week in and week out. Thank you Discovery Vitality.
