Does Discovery want one dead?????????
In 2018 I did a sleep study and was diagnosed with severed obstructive sleep apnea. But was told Discovery refuses to pay for my cpap machine because I did not have any underlying condition.
Now I have severe heart problems, so bad I needed to be admitted to hospital. I needed to go threw hell without my family by my side with all of this due to covid. Instead of requesting more information before they approve a new sleep study (that was send to discovery already with the application). They now ask for the same motivation again for the same thing.
My husband was told in 2018 by discovery some people are better dead than alive, now this??????
does discovery really want me dead???????

I would like to rate Ash a full round 0
That is what discovery is about excuses, I wish my employer would want to move our medical aid, and I would like all the phone calls that I can prove to them they forcing us to be with a medical aid that is no better than the government health system. And I hope you lose our company that is more than 10000 employees plus their families.
When I tell the advisor I will rate her 0 because of the appalling service, and she will explain to her family why she gets basic salary and can't provide for them, I get told I must leave her family out of it and she needs to transfer me to pre-auth because this is not her work I'm holding for 19 min and nothing is happening.
It's because discovery refused to pay for the machine in 2018 now my husband is 28 and he has heart disease because of the fact that discovery refused the machine in 2018 where this could have been prevented
I was transferred after holding 20 min to Kubashini (also a 0) she now stats the process has now flipped around in 2020, now discovery wants a cause of everything, the cause is discovery that did not pay for the cpap in 2018
I gonna consult a lawyer and take the paperwork from the medical consumer council where now you contradict yourself
you must remember if you treat people like this it has a big impact on social media because not only does discovery want my husband to die and lose him they also lose other clients as well
