Does Discovery read complaints?

Did you even read my complaint? Answers you gave I already knew, not 1 of my questions answered? Pls ensure that you answer these questions and not generic answers: 1) pls advise when & how criteria changed from 2014 to 2015 as the same boy, same motivation & same blood results received as 6 mnths approval last year! 2) If investigated properly, you would have realised that it was approved as special benefit last year, NOT HOSPITAL benefit and this procedure is administered at home! 3) listen to my last recording to Natasha indicating I want MRB or her manager to contact me with THESE answers! Again pls ensure that your facts are correct as I still haven't received any verbal or written communication om this! 3) pls advise why Discovery put 7 year old through the trauma of drawing blood if you knew the criteria changed. Pls confirm with your Psychologist on MRB what the impact of trauma is on a 7 year old already sick and going through procedures, trauma again after bloods! Pls stop wasting my time as my child is sick & needs treatment, as I speAk he can't go to school due to terrible flu and chest! Shocking, executive member? I will go to all lengths to ensure justice
