Does Discovery Health have any body working there ?!?!

<p>I've been tring to change my debit order from my dads banking details to my own for three months now and still nothing happend/happening !</p> <p>Having called there custermer call lines I've been placed on hold for 15 minutes + at a time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely changing debit order details can't take 3 moths !!! And the people handeling the custermer care lines keeps on making promisses that the problem would be resolved in 2-3 working days ??? But here I am writing the review!!! Being on Discovery Health all my life I really espect better survice on ecspessially on small matters like an debit order change !!!!</p> <p>Please can somebody at Discovery Health wake up !!! And help me with this SIMPLE debit order change.</p> <p> </p>
