Doctors upfront payments

I refer to my review on February 19 regarding the upfront payments of R1200,00 or more that neurologist or orthopaedics can demand before seeing a patient. On February 19 a Discovery Health Service Team member sent in a reply to hellopeter "Dear Ronald W.We've noted your concern and will followup and get back to you" On February 20 another message on hellopeter "Please check your emailsfor a email from us*

I have been through all my emails a number of times but have found nothing relating to the upfront payments from Discovery Health and then I emailed the Principal Officer to get the contact details for them.

I cannot see the doctor who my house doctor has recommended I see for a leg problem until I know about this upfront payments.
