Doctors removed off the network list with no notice
2 years ago we changed our discovery plan from their insurance to keycare start, specifically because they had our gp and a good nearby hospital on their network list.
Now suddenly our chosen network doctors and hospital removed from our plan without notice, or so much as an email telling us this. as a result cannot get authorization to go to my gynie. There are no decent doctors in the network now and even remotely in my area now. How do I go to a new gp if there are now none on your list in my area, and those further away are all in unsafe areas for a lady to travel to. Not to mention the newnetwork hospital is now 30 km away and next to hilbrow. Our chosen gp has always been on the keycare list and now without notice. removed. What do I do now, I'm not allowed to upgrade, I cant go to an unsafe doctor office in an unsafe area. Why do I even pay my premiums then?

I'm still stuck trying to find a gp to refer me to my gynie so I can get authorisation for my appointments.
I'm clearly pregnant, I can show you a scan if you like.
Found one decent gp, they are still very far. added them to my chosen gp only to find out I have to wait for next month before I'm covered for the visit and on top of that they are busy cancelling their service with keycare, so by next month i can't use them either. So now I'm stuck back at square one. No decent gp on my list to refer me for maternity cover, what do I do now?
