Doctor Connect doesn't connect

Trying to use Dr Connect for an online consultation for Covid Test. Got appointment set up, but when I try to connect at the right time I just get "Please wait, Dr *** seems to be running late". Error message persists until my time has expired. When I refresh, the appointment has diappeared, and I have to make another appointment, - with the same results. What a lame service.
