Docs submitted and yet same forms requested again

I requested a comparative quote via Hippo and Njabulo from Jenus Health contacted me.<br> We did my application online on Monday morning and I submitted bank account statements and termination of employment letter on Monday. I submitted the signed income form on Tuesday evening.<br> Njabulo rep**** to the email and stated that it would still take 48 hours to process, despite the fact that the income form only required a signature confirming what was already evident in the documentation provided.<br> Jenus Health contacted me yesterday saying that Discover Health are still waiting for outstanding forms which is the Income form. This email I received yesterday afternoon.<br> I sent a copy of this email to Njabulo last night asking what is going on when I had already submitted all the documentation to him.<br> They say 48 hours to process, but now we are heading towards 72 hours and on top of this someone is not doing their job.
