Do you know what you are doing Discovery?

I tried for months to join Discovery Health, I completed form after form about my pre-existing condition, I had to have a medical report done and send them medical reports about my pre-exsisting condition. Everytime I did what they asked me to do they came back with more paperwork. I was in an accident in 2013 and although I sustained a lot of injuries I have recovered well in the past 6 years. The Road Accident Fund will refund the medical aid 75% of accident related injuries and pre-existing conditions will have a year waiting period so I really don't see what the problem is. They just want me to jump through hoops but don't want to cover me. I actually dealt with a guy at Discovery but the service was so bad, he didn't reply to emails and I couldn't get hold of him. I then went through a broker which was very helpfull but Discovery kept on coming back with more paperwork. Get all the information you need at the beginning let me complete the forms and cover me. I don't know what causes my face to be numb (other than nerve damage) if you cover me I'm sure we will both get the answers we need but without medical aid I can't get the answers and I can't complete another damn form and tell you something I know nothing about. If you don't want to cover me then say so.
