Do not use discovery medical aid!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would have!!!!

I have a pending complaint from 10 August 2018 that still has not been resolved..... They are ignoring my messages so now I decided to come to hello peter!!!!

This medical aid takes your maternity benefits to benefit THEMSELVES especially Doctors visits without you even seeing a Doctor!!! Now you see I am paying for my Doctors consults CASH and when I want to claim they already took a Doctors visit off my maternity benefits and they want to take another one when I submit a claim.... Thus they decide for themselves its okay to ***** from their clients and just ignore the client when they enquire about their bad habits!!!!

PATHETIC MEDICAL AID!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!! I AM ALREADY PLANNING TO. MOVE AWAY FROM THESE ********** IN 2019!!!

I have tried contacting discovery and my line was disconnected after using R50 of my own airtime to contact them.... The agent did not even bother phoning me back after my line was disconnected, I have asked discovery to contact me and no response, I email them and they respond 2-3 days later but let me tell you this, taking two consultation visits for ONE visit is unacceptable, you send me your proof of claims that are incorrect first of all and your *********** staff cannot see that they are taking two consultations for a service rendered on ONE day, I will not respond to this complaint any longer and will revert to social media and the media for your urgent attention.
