DO NOT USE DISCOVERY
MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE - Cancelled my Husband's medical aid this morning due to a month of jumping through hoops and following discovery's processes just so he can be denied submission in Carstenhof while his approval states carstenhof is on your list... now you want to send him to tembisa - last time we had to drive to Soshanguve from Midrand aswell. Discovery just do what they like. They care more about banking than their medical side where they work with people.

31 Aug 2020, 10:19The hospital my husband needed to be admitted at is on the list of providers just for Discovery to want to send him to another hospital. I will most definitely be lodging a complaint with full details to the Ombudsman and will move to Bonitas or fedhealth where they actually care about they customers image.png 84.71 KB
