DO NOT USE DISCOVERY

I have always thought Discovery to be one of the leading companies, but how utterly mistaken and disappointed I have been. I have 3 products with Discovery - Medical aid, Car insurance and Bank account. I was so exited to be dealing with them and was so impressed at how lovely the people were - that is until you actually need something from them. You have to jump through hoops to actually get the Vitality rewards and you are punished harshly when you do not meet their standards. The medical aid is frustrating and to be honest when your sick just totally useless, I feel like I have been hung out to dry. I will be slowly but surely looking for other service providers who give good service the whole time and not just in the beginning. I am merely a small fish in a very big pond and I can see how this will not even bother them but how totally disappointing you guys are, if I were you I would be ashamed.
