Do not recommend!

I highly discourage anyone from choosing Discovery Health as a medical aid. Their service is appalling the staff dealing with new applications are completely ***********. I have been trying to add my spouse to my current scheme since July and this still hasn’t happened. Besides the fact that you give notice at one scheme to move over, Discovery takes so long with the process and now you’re currently sitting with no cover. After submitting the information requested, they takes 3 days and then again request the same information that has already been sent. Their communication is poor at best. Each week they request different information and six months later I am still no further.
