Do not deal with Discovery Health

Discovery health are proving to be nothing but a bunch of lying ******. Having recently undergone a total knee replacement pre -authorised by them, and being a member of the Classic Comprehensive scheme, they suddenly dream up limitations which conflict totally with the information supp**** by Discovery on their website. They try to find any and every excuse to avoid payment, and it is impossible to make direct contact with any staff member due to their pathetic electronic automation. I would recommend to anyone to look at alternative schemes and not deal with Discovery, they are absolute jokers!
