Do not cover in accordance with what they state

Please make sure which plan you have and exactly what they cover as we needed to use our medical aid recently and nothing was covered we had to pay entirely out of pocket for all the procedures at the hospital as well as the doctor visit afterwards when we entered the agreement with them they stipulated they would assist with emergency hospital visits at the least unfortunately it was not covered at all. I have tried to contact Discovery via email multiple times asking if they can phone which they have not done nor have they emailed me back when you call you are left on hold, they do however inform you when there are more bills they do not cover that was sent to them via the app my emergency hospital visit cost me the same as my medical aid monthly maybe I should have stayed at Medihelp at least they kept their word with what was covered
