DO not buy Discovery Health plan as they always decline your claim but taking premium on time

Hi All,

I am fed up with Discovery plan now , someone contacted me that your case is handed over to Attorney by Pathcare due to payment not done. i am paying my premium on time which you are always increase. and at the time of claim you always decline claim by saying that you dont cover that

I am planning to go out from your cover now, i know 1 customer does not matter to your organization but just to inform that why i am planning to go out with your companies plan.

please see the attached invoice that i have received from the Attorney.
