Do care to het new business

I send them an email to request that a want medical aid with them. An consultants got back to me a gave here the information that the consultant wanted and after that i have heard nothing no reply. I have send multiple emails pleading for help but no luck…seems you have to beg them to do business with then but they have no interest..kan anyone please tell me a medical aid with will be willing to do business with me.
