dissappointed

I have been with discovery for 10+ years, I have a small growth on my finger which needs to be removed, it has already been removed in the doctors rooms but just grew straight back again, the doctor now wants to remove it in hospital under general anesthetic so that the tissue does not swell in the finger from the anesthetic and he wants to cut basically to the bone, discovery wants it to be done in the doctors rooms, who is going to give a general anesthetic in there rooms. discovery says if it gets done in hospital, after the biopsy they will have a look at the results and pay accordingly, I may then get a bill for the hospital & anesthetist and they will pay the doctor, who can take that chance of receiving that bill. I have pleaded with them and asked them to refer it to a supervisor which does not seem to happen, to have a look at my history & speak to the doctor but they just send back that it is declined. Seems to me at discovery you just stay a number and your loyalty and history means nothing, smell procedure where you going to be in & out of hospital the same day and they not at all interested in helping or even coming up with an alternative except to say it is declined.
