Dissapointing services

I called Discovery and my call went through chronic devision as I had a query about levies. The lady (Lwazi) kept me to hold for more than 12 minutes and kept me waiting on the line. Even after I dropped the call she never returned my call. I'm highly dissapointed with the way she treated me. SA in now I don't have answers to my question j called for.
