Discovery health - is very unreliable and ***** about the cover they offer to service providers.

I would like to complain about the fact that they first paid a doctor directly from the policy , and the 2nd time they refuse to pay for a hospital Operation that was a requirement as i was Sick and having problems, and when i called the operation was Covered - yet once the medical bills were submitted to claims they refused to pay 80% of the claim rate , paying only a 10% which is not near what was agreed on.

Why have medical aid when you cant rely on them to look after your medical bills so you don't have to.

Discovery Health - needs to ensure they cover these doctors and procedure bills as i didnt have this procedure because i wanted to.

I had to have it done - because of my condition. Based on this and my Call for hospital Auth where it is confirmed the OPeration is covered in full.
