DISSAPOINTED

i called in yesterday at 10:32 and spoke with Limto. i explained my query/complaint and he promised that this will be resolved and that a letter email will be send to the medical practice as well as myself. i did not receive anything and i made a call again this morning and spoke to Puleng which than advised me that Limto is not in as yet and will start at 8:30 but she emailed him to get back to me. I have still not received anything and i'm receiving numerous emails from the medical practice wanting to get feedback.. this is very disappointing as i have been promised that this will be resolved yet nothing was done yet and i'm the one that is being harassed. This better be resolved or will take it further
