Dissapointed

Being a member for 14 years with discovery and try to sort out my medical aid being send from pillar to post I don't know anymore protocol is the answer to everything you ask I mean really that is so so disappointed discovery is loosing a lot of members and I am considering another one aswell so discovery pls refund me all my contributions as obviously you don't need it as everything is protocol
