Dissapointed

<p>I terminated employment in 2014. Medical Aid was supposed to be put in my Private Capacity but it was terminated. When I discoverd that I informed Discovery Health. They agree to reinstate subject to me paying the months without cover, which I did. Medical aid was not reinstated even though I continued paying. </p> <p>When I called call centre I was sent from pillar to post. Complained on their online system. No response to date. WHen I stopped paying they were very quick to black list me. I want the money I paid back and they must cancel the blacklist as they never reinstated the cover despite taking the money.</p>
